Classes are for every level of fitness. Each class is capped at 8 people, giving you the best client-to-coach ratio and personal attention in the city.
Weekday CrossFit Class
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays:
Tuesdays and Thursdays:
- 6:30 – 7:30pm
These are the classes you've heard so much about. Energetic atmosphere, helpful training partners and workouts that take your mind and body places it's never been. We combine gymnastic movements like pull-ups, push-ups and squats with weight-training where you lift some type of object like a bar, dumbbell, sandbag etc. with old school plyometrics like box jumps. Accomplishment never felt better.
Weekend CrossFit Class
Saturdays and Sundays:
Same as our weekday classes, but in the morning. Start your day the most successful way possible.
