Our classes are for every level of fitness, and include a warm-up followed by learning and practicing the movements relevant to the upcoming workout. Each class is capped at 8 people, giving you the best client-to-coach ratio in the city. Everyone truly gets personal attention. 


Weekday CrossFit Class

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
6pm – 7pm

Tuesdays and Thursdays
6:30pm – 7:30p

These are the classes you've heard so much about. Energetic atmosphere, helpful training parters and workouts that take your mind and body places it's never been. We combine gymnastic movements like pull-ups, push-ups and squats with weight-training where you lift some type of object like a bar, dumbbell, sandbag etc. with old school plyometrics like box jumps. Accomplishment never felt better.

Weekend CrossFit Class

Saturdays and Sundays
9:30am – 10:30am

Same as our weekday classes, but in the morning. Start your day the most successful way possible. 


Intro to Weightlifting 


We call this the second class. Some of the folks stay after the CrossFit class to work on one of the most difficult barbell sports applied in CrossFit. Go down the rabbit hole as far as you want during this hour of focused coaching.
